The various Swedish massage techniques, created by the Father of Swedish Massage, Per Henrik Ling, are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed.

Seated Chair Massage

A type of massage that takes place om a traditional massage chair. The chair is designed to take the weight off the spine and give easy access to the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms. This massage is most commonly done over the clothes and does not require oils or creams.  

Bacial Treatment “Facial for the back”

Back facials begin with a deep cleansing ritual to remove dead skin cells. This not only adds moisture, but will provide a blank canvas for your therapist to exfoliate and extract any nasty bits. Once blackheads, ingrown hairs and other oily deposits have been unblocked, a purifying mask is applied to soften and cleanse the area. This will also contain anti-bacterial ingredients to prevent spots from reappearing in the future. After the mask is removed, a 15-minute massage follows using toning tonic, hot towels and moisturiser, which relieves tension and hydrates-tired skin.
